Welcome to HyeDate (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the HyeDate application (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use HyeDate. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information

  • Keep your login credentials confidential

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms or for suspicious activity.

3. User Conduct

By using HyeDate, you agree not to:

  • Impersonate any person or entity

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

  • Post or transmit any content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise objectionable

  • Upload content that infringes upon intellectual property or privacy rights

  • Use the App for commercial purposes or spam

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the App

We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove any content or activity that violates these Terms or our community standards.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you post (e.g., photos, messages, bio). However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the App.

We do not endorse user content and are not responsible for its accuracy or legality. You are solely responsible for the content you share.

5. Messaging

The App allows users to communicate with one another. While we do not routinely monitor private messages, we may access them to investigate abuse or violations of these Terms. You agree to use messaging features respectfully and lawfully.

6. Premium VIP PACKAGE (Auto-Renewable Subscription)

  • Title: VIP PACKAGE (Premium)

  • Durations & Pricing:

    • $6.99 per week (auto-renews weekly)

    • $19.99 per month (auto-renews monthly)

  • Billing & Renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Managing Your Subscription: You can view, change, or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time. No refunds are provided for unused portions of the current period.

    • 7. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to use the App will cease immediately.

    8. Disclaimers

    The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

    You use the App at your own risk.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, HyeDate and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

    In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the App in the past 12 months.

    10. Privacy

    Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

    11. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly.

    12. Governing Law
